AQUARIA BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS October 2009

PAYMENT TERMS:
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, via the PAYPAL system on the reservations page of our website. For 1 night reservations Full payment is required on booking.. We will write to re-confirm your reservation between 2 to 4 weeks prior to your arrival, and to request the final payment via PAYPAL, (without surcharge).

You may pay for your accommodation in FULL on booking via the PAYPAL system. ( Refer to cancellation and refund conditions below).
You may also pay your balance in cash at the resort on check-out, if you prefer.

If the balance is to be paid @ Aquaria - we accept cash - in most currencies @ the DAILY exchange rate. The local, honest money changer accepts travelers cheques. Sorry, we know that it seems crazy in this day and age, but we do not accept Credit Cards; however we are working on arranging a new system, and we thank you for your patience.

FOR PAYPAL BALANCES PAID AT THE RESORT:
If you wish, you can pay the balance via the PAYPAL system in Bali, but this can only be activated by you, through your own computer or at an internet café, 24 hours before check out. The reception will need the PAYPAL transaction and receipt number for verification.

We are sorry but we must add a 5% surcharge to your account balance, for this payment system at check out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CANDI DASA DOES NOT HAVE AN ATM MACHINE OR INTERNATIONAL BANK.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 60% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 8 weeks before arrival.
  • 40% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 6 weeks before arrival
  • Excluding Christmas/New Year and June, July, August.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is received 4 weeks before arrival.

The deposit cannot be refunded for the following:

  • For Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, or
  • for Cancellations received within 4 weeks of arrival, or
  • for cancellations for Christmas/New Year within 8 weeks of arrival, or
  • June,July & August bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival.

However, if the room can be rebooked for all/or part of the nights of the confirmed reservation at the same rate or a discounted rate, then part of the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the management. Any refunds will be made via the Paypal system after the original check out date.

DATE CHANGES:
We will do our best to change your confirmed reservations, but reserve the right to offer you alternative rooms or accommodation as necessary.

EXTRA GUEST/EXTRA BEDS:
An additional charge will be added to your account for extra guests, extra beds or extra BREAKFAST.
