- Aquaria is a boutique intimate friendly hotel with only 12 rooms, 24 guests max.
- All rooms are ground floor except the upstairs penthouse apartment.
- 3 x AQUARIA ROOM AC with king bed, ensuite bathroom 2A/3A/4A, TV/DVD and fridge.
- 3 x AQUARIA ROOM FAN with double day bed, ensuite bathroom 2B/3B/4B.
- Note: The above 2 rooms connect to form an Apartment.
- 2 x FAMILY OPTION: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms 2AB/3AB/4AB.
- Superior Apartments sleep 4 people.
- 1 x FAMILY OPTION: 2 ROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS - 4AB includes an extra single bed to sleep 5.
- 1 x OCEAN FRONT BUNGALOW: Ground floor VILLA, 2 rooms, 1 x AC bedroom with king bed, connecting to the lounge with double day bed. Both rooms connect to the ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have glass sliding doors to ocean front terrace & private garden. Sleeps up to 4 people in 2 beds.
- 2 x AQUARIA ROOMS OCEANFRONT: OV1 & OV2 Side by side on the ground floor facing the ocean, large rooms with king bed & separate bathroom. OV2 can sleep 3 people with extra bed.
- 1 x PENTHOUSE OCEAN FRONT: Upstairs, 2 rooms facing the ocean. Ensuite bathroom. Private ocean front terrace. 180 degree view. Child on request.
- 1 x GRANDE APARTMENT: 3 rooms, 2 x air conditioned bedrooms, 1 with king bed, 1 with twin beds. Each room has an ensuite bathroom. The fan-cooled lounge and kitchenette offers 2 single divan day beds. The Grande Apartment may be booked for 4-6 guests or as a Suite for 4 plus separate twin bedroom for 2 guests.

Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit to confirm your booking, via the PAYPAL secure payment system on the CONTACT US page of our website.
- 1 night bookings: Full payment is required to secure booking. No refunds.
Balance Payment Options:
- Pay Balance at Aquaria on check out, in cash, in most currencies. (your quotation will be re-calculated @ the DAILY exchange rate)
- Pay Balance by Visa or Mastercard at Aquaria on check-out.
- Pay balance PRIOR to arrival via the PAYPAL system again at the quoted rate.
- Pay in FULL on booking via the PAYPAL system. (refer to cancellation and refund conditions below prior to using this method)
- International Bank transfers can be made to either our BNI Indonesian Bank or to our ASB New Zealand Bank. Please request info. (Note: Transfers may cost up to US25.00 and may take up to 7 days to clear)
Payment Notes:
Payments via PAYPAL may be possible AT THE RESORT with a surcharge. Proof of payment will be requested on check out. A printable confirmation/invoice will be emailed a few weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 80% of the deposit may be refunded if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Up to 50% of the deposit may be refunded if cancellation is received 4-8 weeks prior to arrival.
- 12 weeks cancellation notice is required for Christmas/New Year, Easter, & July/August bookings. A refund may be made if rooms can be resold.
- A minimum 20% booking fee is deducted from all deposits prior to refund.
- Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is received within 4 weeks of arrival, unless all or part of the booked rooms can be resold.
- Deposits may be transferred to a future booking with Manager’s approval.
- If rooms can be rebooked for all/or part of the nights of the confirmed reservation at the same rate or at a discounted rate, then part of the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the management. Any refunds will be calculated and sent via the Paypal system after the original check out date.
Date Changes:
We will do our best to help you or offer you alternative rooms or accommodation as necessary.
Re-confirmation:
A re-confirmation invoice will be emailed to you via aquariabali@yahoo.com about 4 weeks prior to your arrival, or sent out directly if you have booked to arrive within 4 weeks. Please check this re-confirmation and let us know any changes and your estimated arrival time. Arrivals after 10pm – our security will check you in, and a complimentary late check in tray will be placed in your room.
