Our food is simple and fresh.
Our menus have been carefully prepared to combine mouth-watering flavours with healthy delicious food. Our chef creates nutritious, taste sensations using freshly caught fish and organic free-range chicken, fresh vegetables and New Zealand or Australian cheeses. Pastas, salads and sorbets are designed and presented with flair and a tropical twist. Balinese spices and Thai flavours are subtly blended and infused with style.
Our restaurant is fast becoming a firm favourite with locals, and has had a write up in www.balieats.com as well as an accolade from the author of the “Rough Guide” - which just proves that fresh is best!
We serve a select range of organic local beer and wines and the local organic spirit, Arak, made from palm flowers.
